The House
Family country house located in Mont-ras in the middle of nature and only 5 km from the beaches of Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell and Tamariu.
The property has a large and fantastic garden area with private swimming pool and a quiet and privileged environment. The house has two large terraces, one of them with barbecue, designed to be enjoyed during the days of nice weather in La Costa Brava.
On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a cosy reading room with fireplace, a spacious dining area and a completely renovated kitchen with full equipped service area.
On the first floor we have the sleeping area. A nice hall welcomes you. There are three double bedrooms (one with single beds) with private bathrooms and one double bedroom with single beds. All of them have nice views of the garden.
On the second floor there is a large, bright living room with fireplace, with beautifull views of the swimming pool and garden area and the Costa Brava. On this same level there is a fully bathroom.
Outdoor parking for 3 cars. Indoor garage for bicycles or sailing equipment.
Capacity for 8 people. Ideal for families.
